Itinerary

We begin your Cairo day tour from Alexandria on this thrilling adventure. A representative of Legend Egypt Tours will pick you up from your Alexandria hotel and accompany you on your transfer to Cairo, at which point you will meet your tour leader as well as your qualified and experienced Egyptologist guide who is also an English speaker.

We continue our sightseeing tour to the Giza Plateau, where you will witness the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, accompanied by the Pyramids of Chephren and the Valley Temple, a facility used for the preservation of dead pharaohs and the performance of mummification. You will also pay a visit to the most famous symbol in Egypt, the Great Sphinx, representing wisdom and strength through the body of a lion and the head of a man.

You will later have the chance to take some photos from the panoramic viewpoint with a beautiful view of all three pyramids, after which you can go for a short camel ride over the desert and have a funny snapshot, like you are "holding" a pyramid or "kissing" the Sphinx with the help of our Bedouin friends or the tour guide.

Optionally, you can explore one of the pyramid's chambers from inside and take amazing photos inside the Great Pyramid before we return to your Alexandria hotel with nice memories of Egypt.
